STRAWBERRY MINT TEA

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 black or green tea bag

  • Honey or sugar (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil, then remove from heat.

  2. Add the tea bag, mint leaves, and strawberry slices.

  3. Steep for 5–7 minutes (longer for a stronger flavor).

  4. Remove the tea bag and strain if desired.

  5. Sweeten to taste and serve hot or chilled over ice

HONEY PEAR POM

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice

  • 1 cup of sliced pear

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 green or white tea bag

  • 1–2 tsp honey (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Heat water to just below boiling.

  2. Steep the tea bag for 3–5 minutes, then remove.

  3. Add pomegranate juice and warm through (don’t boil).

  4. Stir in honey until dissolved.

  5. Serve warm or over ice.

PASSIONFRUIT WITH LIME TEA

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup passionfruit pulp or juice

  • 1–2 tsp fresh lime juice

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 green tea bag (or herbal like chamomile)

  • Sweetener (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Boil water, then add tea bag to steep 3–5 minutes.

  2. Remove tea bag and stir in passionfruit and lime juice.

  3. Add sweetener if desired.

  4. Chill and serve over ice for a tropical refresher.
